Profile

Hajo Nohr was born in Bremen in 1974. He studied law at the University of Münster from 1996 until 2000. He completed his legal clerkship in Münster in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar Association Hamm in the same year. In 2010 he became a certified specialist lawyer for tax law.

Hajo Nohr is a member of the law firm Möllenhoff Rechtsanwälte since 2004. He advises private persons and companies in all aspects of national and international tax law. Because of the law firm’s focus on law of customs and export control Hajo Nohr has become an expert of these fields of law. He gives advice to companies in questions of import and export law, antidumping, foreign trade sanctions (embargos), export finance and international trade contracts.

Besides his advisory occupation Hajo Nohr offers inhouse-trainings concerning export control law to our company-clients and he has published articles concerning customs law in law journals.
