The statutory professional title &#8220;lawyer&#8221; (German &#8220;Rechtsanwalt&#8221;) as well as the titles of the certified specialist lawyers were awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional liability insurance: Under the German Federal Attorneys Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung), attorneys are obliged to have a professional liability insurance policy with an amount insured of 250,000 euros.
