Customs
Your matter is our mission.
Customs law is by no means limited to global players. Small and medium-sized businesses must also confidently master customs requirements in international business. We support you nationwide with practical solutions, guide you through customs procedures, and represent your interests before customs authorities, courts, and European institutions.
Customs audit
We review your company’s customs processes and procedures and identify potential risks and opportunities for optimisation. This is carried out using our evaluation questionnaire. We support you in ensuring the legally compliant structuring and practical implementation of customs requirements within the scope of your authorisations.
Authorised Economic Operator (AEO)
We support companies in obtaining Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status and assist them in preparing for and navigating the application process. We also provide advice in connection with re-assessments and where the authorisation is at risk of being revoked, suspended or amended.
Origin and Preferences
The origin of goods can be decisive in determining which customs duties and trade policy measures apply upon importation. We advise on matters relating to preferential and non-preferential origin and support you in determining and documenting the origin in a legally compliant manner.
Antidumping
We advise companies on the assessment and defence against anti-dumping measures and represent their interests before the European Commission and customs authorities in the relevant investigation proceedings. We also assist companies in asserting their rights in appeal, litigation, repayment and remission proceedings.
