We offer law clerks and law students (m/f/d) the opportunity to gain insight into our advisory services as part of their legal internship, elective rotation, internship, or student position. You’ll become familiar with our workflows and can actively contribute to our legal work.
We offer you the chance to tackle complex issues and legal questions in a collaborative work environment and to independently develop proposed solutions—always in close consultation with experienced colleagues.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for dedicated legal trainees and law students (m/f/d) who are interested in gaining practical experience in legal consulting and assisting our firm with various legal tasks.
Your responsibilities with us:
- Assistance with legal research
- Assistance in preparing and developing consulting services
- Assistance in drafting and updating book manuscripts, academic papers, and seminar materials
- Assistance in preparing presentations and seminars
- Insight into the day-to-day operations of a law firm
What you’ll bring to the table:
- A strong legal background commensurate with your level of education
- Interest in our practice areas
- Ability to work well in a team and a commitment to the job
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- Interest in practical and solution-oriented issues
